I convey a client's key brand messaging in web copy and editorial-style articles. These can involve one-to-one interviews with leaders and key people on the frontline of a business. Or I can work with existing material a client may have. I commission and brief creatives for moving infographics, shoots, cartography, illustration, messaging decks, carousels and other social media assets.

Managing ESG risk

In 2021, I worked on four titles in Dorling Kindersley's Essential Manager series. The Leadership, Project Management, Negotiating and Managing People titles needed to be updated – the previous editions were published in 2015. One of the most significant changes of the past few years is how more businesses are valuing diversity and inclusion in a meaningful way and are measurably more successful because of it.
