Reducing the impact of dairy

Most of Glanbia's carbon emissions are in its supply chain, so the company's supporting dairy farmers to switch to renewable energy and use anaerobic digestion to break down manure into biogas and nutrient-rich fertiliser. I conceptualised this moving infographic and worked with a film and animation colleague to get the main points across. (Click on the image and the play button.)
